What We Do
We help emerging leaders go from “I might run someday” to actually running for local office with a real campaign plan. Our candidate training program walks first-time candidates through filing, messaging, field, fundraising, and voter contact so their local campaign starts strong and stays organized.
Recruit
We scout promising young leaders and invite them to explore a run for city council, school board, county, or state office that fits their community and timeline.
Train
Our candidate training includes bootcamps and toolkits covering how to get on the ballot, build a field plan, raise money, and talk to voters in your district.
Mentor
Veteran advisors guide each candidate from filing through Election Day milestones with 1:1 campaign mentorship and practical feedback on their local race.
